Step 1

Fold the paper over to create our twin tail of the ring paper airplane. You will notice to create this type of ring paper airplane, the fold must begin about one half inch up from the bottom left corner of the sheet of paper.

The Viper Ring is an unpredictable flyer that will most definitely leave you in wonder. Our test pilots at PaperHangar are still baffled in the operations and aerodynamics of this slick airfoil. Our engineers at PH have designed, redesigned, and reconfigured every aspect of this crazy bird and found similar results in flight characteristics. Our engineers have come to the conclusion that it doesn’t matter where its folded, rather how its thrown.

Build It
Follow each step in order, keep your folds sharp, and compare your airplane with the images as you go.
Step 1

Fold the paper over to create our twin tail of the ring paper airplane. You will notice to create this type of ring paper airplane, the fold must begin about one half inch up from the bottom left corner of the sheet of paper.
Step 2

On the leading edge of the paper airplane we will want to fold in about one quarter inch of the airplane to create the leading edge.
Step 3

Fold once more over the same fold that we made in Step 2.
Step 4

Once again we must fold the leading edge over upon itself just like we did in Step 3.
Step 5

Fold the paper airplane one last time over the same fold from Step 4.
Step 6

Now you must put the ring together to form the paper airplane. Take a look at what you have and decide which end must be inserted into the other to make the airplane work. Start the process by folding the airplane up and down the leading edge with your thumb and message the leading edge in a way that forms a natural curve to the leading edge.
Step 7

As previously indicated we must place one end of the paper airplane into the other to complete the ring.
